Alison Kerester Chosen as GTC Executive Director
The Board of Directors of the Gasification Technologies
Council is pleased to announce that Alison A. Kerester has accepted the
position of Executive Director effective June 1, 2012. Ms Kerester has been a public policy and
strategic communications consultant to the GTC since 2007. Previously, she was with GE Energy’s
Gasification business in strategic business development and with Chevron-Texaco
as a government relations manager for the gasification business unit. In addition, Ms. Kerester has worked for DC
law firms, the American Petroleum Institute and on Capitol Hill. Ms Kerester has both a law degree and a
Master’s of Science in Environmental Policy.
